BY BARCELONA (I)
This week, I can consider as my first week of serious preparation for the Barcelona Marathon, as the previous ones have been Light for consideration in preparation for a marathon. In the three weeks before I scored 49, 47 and 59 km respectively, for the marathon but just enough to start.
As I say this week I met with 5 workouts and adding 70 km in a week:
- MONDAY: Rest
- TUESDAY: 40 '+ 10' Career Technical (9'6 km)
- Wednesday: 55 'with some Cuestecilla (10.6 km)
- THURSDAY: 1h 3' (12'6 km)
- FRIDAY: Rest
- SATURDAY: 20 '+ 12x2' + 20 '(15.7 km)
- SUNDAY: 1h 34' PROG + 8 '(21'5 km)
Today, Sunday, I made the trip below: Villena-Campo de Mirra-Villena also forward half a ritmillo interesting.
