Second week "marathon" in which I have only trained 4 days but in which I have accumulated sufficient quality miles, so I spent the week meeting, more or less expected. The km of the week are allocated as follows:
MONDAY: Rest TUESDAY
: 12.7
WEDNESDAY: Rest THURSDAY
: 13.1 (rhythm changes)
FRIDAY: Rest
SATURDAY: 14
SUNDAY: 29.2 per week (p'abernos matao) + 4 km of the San Silvestre Villenera
WEEK TOTAL: 73 km.
