BY A BARCELONA (III) 
 Another week of training and one week less to Barcelona. On this occasion my week has been less "marathon" because I changed the length of the Sunday San Silvestra Alcoyana, I left a good impression last year and could not miss (maybe tomorrow I can make chronic). 
 
 So my week is as follows: 
 
 MONDAY - TUESDAY 
: 1h + 10 'TC + 5' (15km) 
 Wednesday: 1 hour in mountain (10'8km) 
 THURSDAY: 1h 30 '(18 '5 km) 
 FRIDAY - SATURDAY 
: 52 '+ 3x100 + 4 '(12'2km) 
 SUNDAY: San Silvestre Alcoyana (7km) 
 
 TOTAL: 63'5 km in 5 days of training.
